Our Town Audition Form

Thanks for your interest in auditioning for Our Town with Third House Arts. Audition forms are due by May 28, 2026. Auditioning performers who do not have the form submitted by the deadline will forfeit their audition slot. If possible, we recommend using a computer to complete this form.
